Refund | Cancellation
We do have pretty easy and straightforward refund and cancellation policies.
We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method used IF AND ONLY IF:
- Your order gets lost while in transit. You may also opt for a resend. Resends will take 5–9 business days, just like placing a new order.
- You received an incorrect item, size, style, etc. In this situation, we will require you to send a photo within 5 days of delivery. You may also opt for a resend. Resends will take 5–9 business days, just like placing a new order.
- You received a damaged item. We will require you to send a proof of damage. You may also opt for a resend. Resends will take 5–9 business days, just like placing a new order.
- If your order is delayed (more than 15 business days) due to reasons we have no control of, like postal delay, we will issue a compensation store credit in the form of a coupon code.
If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect address issue or a consignee not found, the customer will have to pay the courier charges for resending the product.
